I have a brand new desktop PC from CyberPower PC with Windows 10 (not an upgrade) that should be running like an F-1 racecar, but the Internet is painfully slow. Here are a few specs: AMD FX 8350 eight core processor, 4GB. 16 GB installed RAM. AMD Radeon R9 390X 8GB graphics card. WebbI use spectrum wifi and my pc is running incredibly slow. Download speeds plateau at 2.5 mbps. My software is up to date. I've done a full system scan for malware. All of my pc parts are within acceptable standards. All of my software is running properly. I am not overworking my pc (it it were to die, it would be of boredom.)
